A United States Air Force veteran, Joe served honorably for more than 24 years, gaining invaluable expertise in leadership, human capital strategy, and academia within global defense and civilian industries. His purpose has always been to serve others, with a focus on fostering personal and professional growth, driving improvement, and enhancing effectiveness.

Throughout his career, Joe has led thousands of military and civilian personnel across diverse and multicultural organizations. He has conducted thousands of hours of training, education, and coaching, specializing in talent management, public speaking, project management, executive coaching, process improvement, leadership consulting, resiliency skills training, and leadership development.
