Pre-appointment details

An email with the zoom link is sent when your appointment is confirmed. If you do not receive a link, please contact me immediately at jybogdan@waypointfront.com.

Cancellation policies

We understand that our clients are busy professionals but we ask if that if you must cancel an appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance.

Payment policies

  • Regarding paid services, if an appointment is cancelled 24 hours in advance or earlier, clients will receive a full refund unless other agreements were made.

  • For appointments cancelled within the 24 hours window or after the appointment time, refunds will be considered but not guaranteed.

  • Deposits on speaking engagements are non-refundable.
